FinanceX Co, Sociedad Anónima Promotora de Inversiones de Capital Variable, known commercially and hereinafter as "Vlanc FinancX", with address to hear and receive notifications at Privada Eolis, Colonia Real Solare, El Marques, Postal Code 76246, Queretaro, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, and in this regard we inform you as follows:


This Privacy Notice is prepared in compliance with the legal provisions on the protection of personal data such as the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines of the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).


For Vlanc FinancX is very important the security of your personal data, so we have technological, physical, administrative and legal mechanisms to protect and safeguard your personal data, as well as to prevent damage, loss, destruction, theft, loss, alteration, and unauthorized processing.

The personal data that we will collect from the client that are necessary to provide the Vlanc FinancX Services are the following:


Paternal surname, maternal surname and first name or names; gender; date of birth; federal entity of birth; country of birth; nationality; voter code, if applicable; home address in the country of residence and in case of having an address in national territory, we will also collect that, composed of the name of the street, avenue or road in question, duly specified; exterior number and, if applicable, interior number; neighborhood or urbanization; mayor's office, delegation, municipality or similar political demarcation, if applicable; city or town, federal entity, state, province, department or similar political demarcation, if applicable; zip code and country; occupation, profession, activity or line of business in which the customer is engaged; Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), federal taxpayer registry (RFC); digitalized autographic signature; telephone number; e-mail address; account number and Standardized Banking Code (CLABE) in the Financial Institution or Foreign Financial Institution authorized to receive deposits; In some cases that are considered pertinent at the discretion of Vlanc FinancX, digitalized documents will be requested to prove the veracity of the information provided to Vlanc FinancX.


Also, personal data that are considered within the following categories, not including sensitive personal data:

Transfer of personal data

The provision of Vlanc FinancX Services , its operation, processes and internal policies are the same being part of the same responsible, so it is understood that no express consent will be required to accept this exchange of information. Refusal for this transfer of personal data constitutes grounds for us to deny you the Services you request or contract with Vlanc FinancX .

Vlanc FinancX will not sell, assign or transfer your personal data to third parties outside the company, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related parties, without your prior consent. Vlanc FinancX may transfer those data that are necessary for the fulfillment of its obligations to the customer for the provision of the Services, as well as with the authorities that are duly empowered to request information from our customers.

ARCO Rights
The customer has the right to know what personal information we store about him/her, what we use it for and the conditions of the use we make of it (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we remove it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations under the regulations (Cancellation); as well as oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

In order to exercise any of the ARCO rights, the customer must submit the respective request, at any of our available electronic contact addresses, such request must contain the following requirements: (i) name of the owner of the information, his/her address and e-mail or other means to communicate the response; (ii) documents that prove his/her identity or the corresponding legal representation; (iii) clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which the corresponding right is exercised; and (iv) any other element that facilitates the location of the personal data. The client has the obligation to observe the pertinent requirements for the exercise of its ARCO Rights. Likewise, the right of Rectification may be exercised by message through a widely known and used worldwide messaging application for smartphones that sends and receives messages via the Internet or from our website https://Vlanc FinancX .com. Upon receipt of any request, we will have 10 business days to respond by the same means.

Revocation of the customer's consent to the use of his personal data.
The customer may revoke the consent, if any, that he/she has given us for the processing of his/her personal data. Your registration in the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising, which is in charge of the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor, with the purpose that your personal information will not be used to receive advertising or promotions from companies of goods or services. The competent authority for the protection of personal data in Mexico is the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI). In the event that the client considers that its rights are being violated, it may contact the INAI for further information and assistance in this regard.

In terms of the Eighth Transitory Provision of the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions, we inform that the authorization to provide services of issuance, administration, redemption and transmission of electronic payment funds, through electronic and digital means of communication, in our capacity as Electronic Payment Fund Institution, is in process with the National Banking and Securities Commission, so that to date it is not an activity supervised by the Mexican authorities.


Vlanc FinancX (FinanceX Co, S.A.P.I. de C.V.) may continue to carry out such activities during the period in which the authorization is resolved.
